Pain Management specialist

A pain management doctor is a medical professional who specializes in diagnosing and treating chronic pain. These doctors have expertise in managing pain that arises from a variety of conditions, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines, and back pain. They work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that may involve a combination of medications, physical therapy, injections, nerve blocks, and other interventions. Pain management doctors may also collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, psychologists, and surgeons, to provide comprehensive care. Their goal is to improve their patients' quality of life by reducing pain and increasing function.
