Obstetrics and gynaecology is a medical specialty that focuses on the female reproductive system. It encompasses both obstetrics, which deals with pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care, and gynaecology, which focuses on the health of the female reproductive system outside of pregnancy. Obstetricians and gynaecologists are trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions related to the female reproductive system, including fertility problems, menstrual disorders, gynecologic cancers, and complications during pregnancy and childbirth. They also provide preventive care, such as Pap smears and breast exams, and offer counseling on issues related to contraception and family planning.

She received her MD from St. Georges University in 2012 and completed her clinical training in Hampshire and Kent, UK. Dr. Elias went on to specialize in Obstetrics and Gynecology and was inducted as a Member of the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, UK. She continues to excel in her field and stay up to date through continuous education, completing training through bodies such as International Society of Ultrasound in OB/GYN and others. Dr. Elias enjoys spending her free time with her family or on outdoor adventures with her husband and their golden retriever, Ollie. With her extensive experience and dedication to her patients, Dr. Elias is committed to providing the highest level of care to women throughout all stages of their lives.
